OUR MISSION

The mission of Quad City Strongman and its members is to promote physical fitness through unique training methods which strengthen the body, mind and spirit.


Quad City Strongman is proud of their community involvement!

Quad City Strongman fulfills their mission by holding fundraisers for other community organizations, offering free clinics to area youth, working with veterans that are transitioning back to civilian life, offering an annual scholarship, and have partnered with agencies such as QC United, Arrowhead Ranch, Moline Youth Service Bureau, QC Paws and many others.  Quad City Strongman is a 501C3 organization, using all revenue generated to give back to the community.  The owners are all on a volunteer basis, giving countless hours to the mission.  Your donations are tax deductible, your memberships go the maintain the gym and the equipment.  We offer an environment of the most knowledgeable lifters in the Quad Cities and an atmosphere that promotes individual growth and development.  From beginner to expert we have you covered.

We started something in 2009 that has grown into an organization that is focused on making a positive impact on our community. Quad City Strongman is a 501c3 non-profit organization. We have done benefit events, special appearances, free clinics and other fundraisers. We have to date worked with community youth, local veterans, local family support groups and even animal shelters.

We have established the Coach Wilk scholarship which will be an annual award for one male and one female high school athlete from the immediate Quad City Area School Districts. The award will be $500 for each winner.

Our criteria to be evaluated will be 1) High School Athlete 2) Cumulative GPA 3) Community Involvement
